Ingredients
- 3-4 mint leaves
- 1.5 oz Pimms No. 1
- Ale-8
- 1 oz Bombay Sapphire (if desired)
Instructions
- Fill rocks or Collins glass with ice.
- Clap or gently press mint leaves to release flavor and add to glass.
- Add Pimms No. 1 (add gin as well if a stronger cocktail is desired.)
- Fill glass with Ale-8 and stir gently.
