Ingredients
- 3-4 mint leaves
- 1.5 oz Pimms® No. 1 Cup
- Ale-8-One®
- 1 oz Bombay Sapphire® (if desired)
Instructions
- Fill a rocks or Collins glass with ice. Clap or gently press mint leaves to release aromas and add to the glass. Add Pimms No. 1 Cup (and gin if desired.) Top with Ale-8 and stir gently.
