Donations
Ale-8-One® Bottling Company has worked with the US Post Office to comply with overseas shipments of liquids to military personnel. When shipping to an APO or an FPO we must have the zip code to determine the exact shipping costs as they vary from zone to zone. Submit the military address using our contact form, and our shipping department will get back to you with a quote. Orders are sent parcel post, we can only ship cans, and package arrival takes between 4 and 6 weeks.
Donation requests should be received via email at least two weeks prior to your event. Please email our donations department using our contact form. Please note that all donations, once approved must be picked up at the Ale-8-One® Bottling plant located at 25 Carol Road in Winchester during normal visiting hours 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Due to the amount of donation requests we receive we are only able to approve one request, per organization, per calendar year. If we have already approved a donation request for your organization you are welcome to purchase additional product from the plant at a discount.
Ale-8-One® Bottling Company sponsors community-wide events with non-profit or charitable organizations in Clark County, Kentucky only. Our company policy forbids cash sponsorships for individuals or groups.
To rent the Ale-8-One® Special Event Wagon for your fundraiser or civic event, the cost is $150 per event, which includes delivery and pickup of the trailer. The delivery area is limited to a 30-mile radius of Winchester and the cost of product is extra. Contact David Arnett, Cold Drink Sales Manager at (859) 744-3484 for more information.
Tours
Tours are given every Tuesday and Thursday beginning at 9:30 am EST and every hour thereafter with the last tour at 12:30 pm. We are closed on national holidays (Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Please check our website as hours of operation are subject to change.
All Ale-8® tours are free to the public.
The average visit experience lasts approximately 30 to 45 minutes
Ale-8® merchandise is available in our gift shop. Tour guests receive a discount on all purchases made after the tour.
Our family friendly tours require appropriate dress. Backpacks and bags larger than a hand bag are prohibited.

Ale-8-One® welcomes all ages!
We welcome and encourage you to take pictures and videos during your tour experience.
Tour Hours: Thursday and Friday at 9:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
Gift Shop Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m.
If you must cancel your tour, please contact us at 859-744-3484 or [email protected]. We often have a wait list so please be courteous, and send us a quick message if you are unable to attend or if your number of guests changes.

All ages are welcome to take a tour.
We can accommodate groups of up to 35 people. If you have larger groups, please call us at 859-744-3484 ext. 233.
Yes. Reservations are required.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time, and check-in at the front desk. Tours will start promptly at the scheduled time.
The tour takes approximately 45 minutes to complete.
Seeing Ale-8 produced is one of the highlights of the tour, however we cannot guarantee that the lines will be running.
Feel free to take pictures and videos of the tour. Cameras, video cameras and cell phones are allowed and we encourage you to post them on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube.
There is plenty of visitor/general parking in our main lot. Overflow parking is available in the two rows between Fazoli's & El Camino.
After unloading at the door, please park in the lower part of the lot along the curb. The front drive must be kept clear for large trucks.
We have limited facilities. Large groups should allow extra time.
We are handicapped accessible. However, we do not have any assistive devices available.
General
There are a number of factors that determine the shipping and handling charges. The calculation requires your shipping zip code, your billing information, and the final weight of the package. Before you confirm the order, all the charges will be itemized for you in a printable format.
Ale-8-One® packages usually take between three and five business days to arrive. Orders are filled daily Tuesday through Friday. If you have a more pressing need, please call 859-744-3484 to have your shipment expedited.

Allergen Questions
Caffeine Free Ale-8® Zero′s first full production run was March 1, 2011. It contains no sugar, no carbs, no calories and NO Caffeine. Check out our caffeine content in the Product Information section of the website. You will see that Ale-8-One® actually has less caffeine than most other soft drinks.
Ale-8-One®, Diet Ale-8® and Caffeine Free Diet Ale-8® do not contain any of the eight major food allergens: milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat or soybeans.
The ingredient listing natural and artificial flavors which make up the secret formula for Ale-8-One®, contain flavor combinations, oils, and extracts that have been purchased by Ale-8-One® Bottling Company.
With regard to flavorings, both artificial, and natural, the process for refining should destroy allergen proteins if present prior to processing.
