Donation requests should be received via email at least two weeks prior to your event. Please email our donations department using our contact form below. Please note that all donations, once approved must be picked up at the Ale-8-One Bottling plant located at 25 Carol Road in Winchester during normal visiting hours 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Due to the amount of donation requests we receive we are only able to approve one request, per organization, per calendar year. If we have already approved a donation request for your organization you are welcome to purchase additional product from the plant at a discount.
