Ingredients
- 6 Basil Leaves
- 2 oz Mezcal
- 1/2 oz Rose Liqueur
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 Peach Ale-8®
Instructions
- Muddle 4 basil leaves in a shaker, saving 2 for garnish. Add ice to the shaker and then add all remaining ingredients except Peach Ale-8. Shake to chill and dilute. Strain to a Collins glass filled with cocktail ice. Top with Peach Ale-8 and garnish with remaining basil leaves.
