Ingredients
- 2 oz Malibu® coconut rum
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- 1 oz lime juice
- .5 oz Coco Reàl® cream of coconut
- 4 oz sparkling apple cider
- 4 oz Cherry Ale-8®
- Toasted Coconut Shavings (garnish)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except apple cider and Cherry Ale-8 in a cocktail shaker. Shake to chill and dilute. Double strain to coupe glass. Top with apple cider and Cherry Ale-8. Garnish with toasted coconut shavings.
