Ingredients
- 2 oz Malibu coconut rum
- 1 oz sweet Vermouth
- 1 oz lime juice
- .5 oz coco re'al cream of coconut
- 4 oz sparkling apple cider
- 4 oz Cherry Ale-8™
Garnish
- Toasted Coconut Shavings
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except apple cider and Cherry Ale-8 in cocktail shaker. Shake for chill and dilution. Double strain to coupe glass. Top with apple cider and Cherry Ale-8. Garnish with toasted coconut shavings.
