Ingredients
- Large mint bouquet
- 1/2 oz Blackberry Reàl® blackberry puree syrup
- 2 lemon wheel slices
- 2 oz Maker's Mark® bourbon
- 1/2 oz Pierre Ferrand® Dry Orange Curaçao
- 2 dashes Regan's® orange bitters
- 2 oz Blackberry Ale-8®
- lemon wheel (garnish)
- Purple sweet potato powder (garnish)
Instructions
- In a shaker tin, gently muddle mint with blackberry syrup to release oils. Add lemon and further muddle to release juice. Add bourbon, orange Curaçao, bitters, and ice to the shaker then shake to chill. Double strain to an old fashioned glass over cobbled ice and top with Blackberry Ale-8. Garnish with a lemon wheel, mint sprigs, and a sprinkle of purple sweet potato powder.
