Bottles can be returned to the plant in Winchester 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Please bring your driver’s license. Drive past the front entrance, around to the far side of the building. There will be a door that says product pick-up/bottle returns. Ring the bell beside the door. Someone from the warehouse will take and count your bottles. The warehouse will notify the front desk of your bottle count and your driver’s license will be recorded. Cash or a check will be issued to you for the amount of the bottle return.

Ale-8-One packages usually take between three and five business days to arrive. Orders are filled daily Tuesday through Friday. If you have a more pressing need, please call 859-744-3484 to have your shipment expedited.
