COVID-19 VACCINE INFORMATION
Ale-8 Employees are classified as Essential Workers and have been categorized for vaccination in Group 1C. The most recent reports indicate this group will be receiving vaccines in April, but that is subject to change based on production and availability.

Signing up to receive information about vaccine availability is not a commitment to get the vaccine. One option is to sign up now and make your final decision when you are notified of availability. This way you can be prioritized to receive the vaccine as soon as possible if you choose to get one.
Vaccine Finder by Type and Location
Sign-Up Options: You will be asked a series of personal questions and will be asked for your work category to prioritize you by vaccine phase. As a supplier of the grocery industry, working at Ale-8 is classified as “Food & Agriculture”.

$75 Ale-8 Wellness Incentive
Ale-8 is offering $ 75 wellness incentive payment to employees who get both vaccination shots and show their vaccine card to HR.
- HR will NOT retain a copy of the employee’s vaccination card. It is completely voluntary to show the card, but it is required to be eligible to receive the incentive payment.
- Employees will receive a $75 Wellness Incentive Payment as a payment line item on their regular paycheck
- The incentives will be paid out on the employee’s regular paycheck for the purpose of promoting and maintaining wellness in the workplace and is not tied to the employee’s work
- The incentives are taxable and are NOT 401(K) eligible
- Incentive payments will be made in accordance with our regular payroll schedule and be paid within 2 payroll cycles following meeting the eligibility requirement
