When did you have your first Ale-8?
I had my first Ale-8 in the beginning of my junior year of college when my friends were all drinking Ale-8 and I started to become curious as to what it tastes like. I remember the delightful ginger taste as I tried my first bottle and then contemplating whether to continue having more of it or save it for later. My decision resulted in having to purchase more Ale-8 later that evening. I continue to recall consuming approximately 11(!) Ale-8 bottles on New Years Eve in celebration of the upcoming 2019 year.
What is your favorite activity to do outdoors?
My favorite activity is going outdoors to go hiking with friends in the mountains along with capturing photos and videos of the magnificent beauty of nature and the surroundings mountains. My major is Communication Arts with an emphasis in Media and Culture so that answers why I love developing digital content.
What is something you are passionate about?
Going along with my answer to the previous question, I am very passionate about developing digital media for the purposes of displaying beauty of the world around us. Particularly, not only capturing the world’s beauty, but capturing it with friends as we would go on adventures together in order to capture marvelous creations.
What is a long-term goal you are working towards?
A long-term goal of mine is to be the first in my family to successfully earn a college degree and to earn a living from doing what I absolutely love to do. I hope to build my way up in a magnificent company and become exceedingly successful.
What is an accomplishment you are proud of?
An accomplishment that I am proud of is the current state of where I am right now – being a senior in college at the University of the Cumberlands. I never thought I would make it this far in my collegiate endeavor but during these past few years, I figure out who I truly am and what I was made for.
Other than Ale-8, what is one thing you can’t live without?
This is hard to contemplate about as Ale-8 turned out to be one of the finest things that I have ever tried ever since enrolling at the University of the Cumberlands. Besides this delightful drink, I know one other thing that I cannot live without are the friendships that were formed ever since coming to college. I never truly experienced authentic friendships coming from high school but the people who I have encountered from my first year of college have been there for me ever since. I truly have forgotten what it was like to not have friends from high school but now I know what genuine community is like and I wish to continue to show others what genuine community is like that I’ve experienced during my time in college.
