Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese (Softened)
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 12 oz StrawMelon Ale-8®
- 1 pkg DeLallo® Savoiardi ladyfingers
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add softened cream cheese and sugar. Whip to combine on medium speed, until cream cheese is smooth. Add 1/3 cup of heavy whipping cream. Mix on low speed until well combined. Scrape down sides and continue to mix until cream cheese is very thin. Add an additional cup of heavy whipping cream. Mix on medium speed until incorporated. Increase speed to high and continue whipping until stiff peaks are formed. Set aside.
- In a shallow bowl, add StrawMelon Ale-8. Briefly dip 1 package of Savoiardi ladyfingers in StrawMelon Ale-8 to moisten (avoid soaking). Lay the ladyfingers in a single layer on the bottom of a 8”x8” casserole dish. Smooth 1/3 of the cream cheese mixture over ladyfingers. Top with 1/2 cup of sliced strawberries. Repeat with two additional layers of ladyfingers topped with the cream cheese mixture.
- Cover tightly, refrigerate for at least 4 hours, up to overnight. Serve and Enjoy!
