Orange Cream Cranberry Sauce


    • 12 oz. fresh cranberries
    • 1/2 cup white sugar
    • 1 cup Orange Cream Ale-8
    • 1/8 tsp ground Allspice
    • 1 tbsp butter (room temperature)


    1. Combine cranberries, white sugar, Orange Cream Ale-8, and Allspice in a saucepan. Simmer until at least ½ of the liquid in the saucepan has evaporated or until mixture reaches preferred consistency. Remove from heat and slowly stir in butter. Garnish with orange zest and serve.
