Orange Cream Cranberry Sauce

    Ingredients

    • 12 oz. fresh cranberries
    • 1/2 cup white sugar
    • 1 cup Orange Cream Ale-8®
    • 1/8 tsp ground allspice
    • 1 tbsp butter (room temperature)

    Instructions

    1. Combine cranberries, white sugar, Orange Cream Ale-8, and allspice in a saucepan. Simmer until at least half of the liquid in the saucepan has evaporated or until mixture reaches preferred consistency. Remove from heat and slowly stir in butter. Garnish with orange zest and serve.
