- 1 cup Cherry Ale-8
- 1/2 cup whole grain dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 oz. butter
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Microplaned Allspice and Nutmeg
- Using a small saucepan, bring Cherry Ale-8 to a boil and heat until ⅓ of the liquid has evaporated. Reduce heat to low, stir in remaining ingredients, and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
Option: For a more robust flavor, if baking ham for recipe, stir in drippings from the cooking process when adding remaining ingredients to the glaze.
