Mock Champagne Salad

  • 2 pkgs. lemon jello
  • 2 cups of Ale-8-One

    • Dissolve jello in 2 cups of boiling water. Just before gelatin starts to thicken add the Ale-8-One. This will foam over the mixture. Chill and serve over a bed of lettuce with salad dressing.
