
Cranberry Harvest Salad
- 16oz can of cranberry sauce
- 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
- 2 tbsp. of water
- 2 tbsp. of lemon juice
- 3/4 cup unpeeled, diced apple
- 3/4 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup Ale-8-One
Crush cranberry sauce. Soften gelatin in cold water; place in a pan of boiling water and heat until dissolved. Stir into cranberry sauce. Cool; add lemon juice and Ale-8-One. Mix well. Chill until mixture begins to congeal then fold in apples, celery and nuts. Serves eight.
