Bing Cherry Salad

  • 1 - 3 oz. pkg. cherry jello
  • 1 - 3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 16 oz. can bing cherries
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 cups of Ale-8-One
  • 1 cup nuts
  • Drain fruit and save 2 cups of juice. Dissolve gelatin in hot juice. Mix together soften cream chees and 1/2 cup of nuts. Make into small balls. When gelatin is cool, but not congealed, add fruit, nuts, cheese balls and Ale-8. Stir and chill until firm. Serve with mayonaise and bibb lettuce. Serves eight.
