
Bing Cherry Salad
- 1 - 3 oz. pkg. cherry jello
- 1 - 3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 16 oz. can bing cherries
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 2 cups of Ale-8-One
- 1 cup nuts
Drain fruit and save 2 cups of juice. Dissolve gelatin in hot juice. Mix together soften cream chees and 1/2 cup of nuts. Make into small balls. When gelatin is cool, but not congealed, add fruit, nuts, cheese balls and Ale-8. Stir and chill until firm. Serve with mayonaise and bibb lettuce. Serves eight.
