1 Pkg. Weisenberger Pizza Crust Mix
10 oz. Cooked Chicken
2 T. Ale-8-One BBQ Sauce
1/2 c. Ale-8-One BBQ Sauce
1 c. Gouda Cheese
1/4 small Red Onion sliced into rings
2 T. Cilantro
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Coat the chicken in 2 tablespoons of BBQ Sauce. Prepare pizza crust mix according to package directions (may substitute Ale-8-One for water for more intense Ale-8 flavor). Press dough into a 9″ pan. Spread with 1/2 cup Ale-8-One BBQ Sauce, add cheese and then chicken. Bake until crust is crispy and cheese is bubbly 8-10 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro and onion.
