Strawberry Pie

1 c. bottle Ale-8-One
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. red food coloring

1 pint strawberries
1 baked pie shell

Combine first four ingredients and cook until thick and clear. Be sure it’s thick! Cool slightly and fold in 1 pint of fresh berries cut in half. Pour into baked pie shell and chill. Serve with whipped cream.
