1 cup sugar
1-6 ounce can frozen pineapple juice
2 1/4 cups water
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1 bottle of claret
1 1/2 quarts of Ale-8-One (2-12 ounce bottles of Ale-8-One)
Combine sugar, pineapple juice, water, lemon juice and claret the day before serving. Add Ale-8-One and ice just before serving.
Makes 24-4 ounce servings
