Can I ship Ale-8-One to a soldier overseas?
Ale-8-One Bottling Company has worked with the US Post Office to comply with overseas shipments of liquids to military personnel. When shipping to an APO or an FPO we must have the zip code to determine the exact shipping costs as they vary from zone to zone. Submit the military address in an email to shipping@ale-8-one.com, and our shipping department will get back to you with a quote. Orders are sent parcel post, we can only ship cans, and package arrival takes between 4 and 6 weeks.
Can Ale-8-One be shipped without a credit card?
If you do not have a credit card and would like to order our product please call (859) 744-3484 for more information.
How can you tell what the shipping charges are going to be?
There are a number of factors that determine the shipping and handling charges. The calculation requires your shipping zip code, your billing information, and the final weight of the package. Before you confirm the order, all the charges will be itemized for you in a printable format.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Ale-8-One packages usually take between three and five business days to arrive. Orders are filled daily Tuesday through Friday. Memorial Day through Labor Day, packages are shipped out on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. If you have a more pressing need, please call 859-744-3484 to have your shipment expedited.
How can I get a job at Ale-8-One?
Applications for employment with the Ale-8-One Bottling Company must be completed on-site at the Ale-8-One Bottling plant located at 25 Carol Road in Winchester, Kentucky. Office hours are Monday –Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4: 30 p.m. All applications are kept on file for a minimum of six months.
How can I receive a donation from Ale-8-One?
If you are a non-profit or charitable organization looking for a donation for an upcoming event. Send your written request on letterhead complete with your sales tax exemption number and a brief description of the event. Details should include, date of the event, the number of people that you are preparing for, and if your event restricts the use of glass. Be sure to include a contact name and phone number for any additional questions. Donation requests should be received via mail, fax or email at least two weeks prior to your event. Will Ale-8-One consider sponsoring me?
Ale-8-One Bottling Company sponsors community-wide events with non-profit or charitable organizations in Clark County, Kentucky only. Our company policy forbids cash sponsorships for individuals or groups.
I can’t handle the caffeine in Ale-8-One. Will there ever be a caffeine free version?
Check out our caffeine content in the Product Information section of the website. You will see that Ale-8-One actually has less caffeine than most other soft drinks. As far as a caffeine free version is concerned, we are not currently considering one.
How do I find out what stores in my area carry Ale-8-One?
Check out our Sales and Distribution section. From there you can find out the name and phone number of our distributor for your area. You can contact them to learn exactly which stores they regularly deliver to.
Does Ale-8-One give tours of the plant?

How do I rent the Ale-8-One Special Event Wagon for my fund raiser or civic event?
To rent the Ale-8-One Special Event Wagon for your fund raiser or civic event, the cost is $75 per event, which includes delivery and pickup of the trailer. The delivery area is limited to a 30-mile radius of Winchester and the cost of product is extra. Contact David Arnett, Cold Drink Sales Manager at (859) 744-3484 for more information.
