Event Team Member Opening

Then you may be just what we are seeking for our new Ale-8-One Event Team!

Ale-8-One Team Members are part of a unique ambassador team developed to remain active in our communities and foster goodwill with the public. Event team members should be engaging, charming, knowledgeable individuals that are passionate about sharing our unique products with the community!

This is a part-time position that may range from 10-15 hours a week, depending on events and requires a non-traditional workday which includes nights, weekends and some holidays.

Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Effective time-management skills.
Must be able to lift and carry 30 lbs.
Must have valid driver’s license
Must have reliable transportation

Additional Information:
This is a part time, non exempt, hourly position
Starting pay is $10.50.
Opportunity for increase to $11.50 based on time with the event team and performance.
Mileage reimbursement for travel to offsite events.

Route Sales Driver Opening

Ale-8-One Bottling Company is seeking qualified candidates for a full time Route Sales Driver. The experienced candidate would be responsible for providing customers with reliable and efficient delivery of Ale-8-One products through sales, merchandising, servicing, and the successful completion of other related duties of the Route Sales System. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide relief for all regular route drivers, bulk route drivers, full service route drivers, merchandisers and service. This position is the entry point into our Sales Department and will position candidates to be eligible for their own route depending on business needs and job performance.

Position Requirements Include:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Valid Class – B – KY C.D.L
Class – A – C.D.L. driving experience preferred
Air brakes endorsement
Three years of C.D.L driving experience
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Must be able to move 290 lbs with a hand truck
Must be able to move full pallets of product with a manual floor jack
