Return/Refund Policy

Items purchased from the Ale-8-One Company Store may be returned and/or refunded less shipping charges by contacting: Company Store Manager, Ale-8-One Bottling Company, P O Box 645, Winchester, KY 40392-0645 for USPS or 25 Carol Road, Winchester, KY 40391 for street address deliveries. You may also call 859-744-3484 ext. 285. Simply fill out and return with the item the Return/Exchange Form Returns included with your package. A refund will be issued for the cost of the item, but will not include shipping costs associated once the item has been received by the transportation carrier.
Damaged items will be replaced; however it is necessary to contact UPS Customer Service at 1-800-Pick UPS. Please have the package tracking number available for the operator to report a claim. The package recipient must initiate the claim with UPS who will contact Ale-8-One Bottling Company to replace the item.

Exchange Policy

To exchange an item simply fill out and include the Return/Exchange form along with the item. The package recipient is responsible for return shipping to the Ale-8-One Company Store and the Ale-8-One Company Store will incur shipping charges for the exchanged item’s return. If the item is out of stock or no longer available then a price-like substitution may be made for the original purchase price less shipping charges may be refunded to the consumer.

Shipping Policy

Ale-8-One packages usually take between three and five business days to arrive. Orders are filled daily Tuesday through Friday. If you have a more pressing need, please call 859-744-3484 to have your shipment expedited.
